V&nbsp;pr\u016fm\u011bru tak zaplat\u00edme 237&nbsp;K\u010d za metr \u010dtvere\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1jemn\u00edho prostoru. To ale v&nbsp;regionech se naopak zdra\u017euje. Ve&nbsp; St\u0159edo\u010desk\u00e9m kraji se zaznamenal meziro\u010dn\u00ed r\u016fst o&nbsp;16&nbsp;% a&nbsp;ceny se nyn\u00ed pohybuj\u00ed kolem 56.000&nbsp;K\u010d za metr \u010dtvere\u010dn\u00ed. V&nbsp;Jihomoravsk\u00e9m dokonce o&nbsp;19&nbsp;% na cenu p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 66.000&nbsp;K\u010d.
