Za v\u0161e m\u016f\u017ee oslabov\u00e1n\u00ed \u010desk\u00e9 m\u011bny a&nbsp;inflace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U nemovitost\u00ed je nav\u00edc r\u016fst cen zp\u016fsoben\u00fd<strong> v\u00fdvojem nab\u00eddky a&nbsp;popt\u00e1vky po bydlen\u00ed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na za\u010d\u00e1tku roku 2019 vydr\u017eel <strong>pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd inzer\u00e1t<\/strong> na prodej nemovitosti <strong>3 m\u011bs\u00edce<\/strong> na realitn\u00edm serveru, ne\u017e se zal\u00edbil n\u011bjak\u00e9mu z\u00e1jemci. <strong>Dnes<\/strong> se tato doba <strong>zkr\u00e1tila na 69&nbsp;dn\u00ed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Popt\u00e1vka tedy roste, ale nab\u00eddka naopak kles\u00e1<\/strong>. Na konci roku 2020 bylo podle <a href=\"https:\/\/www.valuo.cz\/blog\/proc-rostly-ceny-nemovitosti\/\">statistik od Valuo<\/a> na trhu <strong>o 10&nbsp;% m\u00e9n\u011b nemovitost\u00ed<\/strong> ne\u017e za\u010d\u00e1tkem p\u0159ede\u0161l\u00e9ho roku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Rostou opravdu v\u0161echny ceny nemovitost\u00ed?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Mo\u017en\u00e1 jsem v\u00e1s prvn\u00edm odstavcem trochu vyd\u011bsil. Pokus\u00edm se to napravit. <strong>V\u011bd\u011bli jste, \u017ee<\/strong> navzdory rostouc\u00edm cen\u00e1m nemovitost\u00ed se <strong>ceny n\u00e1jm\u016f<\/strong> rozhodly sp\u00ed\u0161e <strong>stagnovat, nebo dokonce klesat<\/strong>? V&nbsp;Praze nap\u0159\u00edklad do\u0161lo k&nbsp;poklesu <strong>a\u017e o&nbsp;11&nbsp;%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Situaci n\u00e1jemn\u00e9ho vysv\u011btluje <strong>rozd\u00edln\u00e1 situace<\/strong> nab\u00eddky a&nbsp;popt\u00e1vky, ne\u017e je tomu u&nbsp;nemovitost\u00ed na prodej. Inzer\u00e1ty na pron\u00e1jem <strong>nejsou<\/strong> mezi z\u00e1jemci tolik popul\u00e1rn\u00ed, a&nbsp;nav\u00edc takov\u00fdch <strong>inzer\u00e1t\u016f st\u00e1le p\u0159ib\u00fdv\u00e1<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ceny nemovitost\u00ed a&nbsp;Covid-19<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Na za\u010d\u00e1tku pandemie se o\u010dek\u00e1valo, \u017ee by mohla tato nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e1 doba p\u0159in\u00e9st alespo\u0148 jeden kladn\u00fd d\u016fsledek \u2013 <strong>zlevn\u011bn\u00ed ceny byt\u016f<\/strong>. Rostouc\u00ed nezam\u011bstnanost a&nbsp;klesaj\u00edc\u00ed HDP zn\u00ed hroziv\u011b, ale pr\u00e1v\u011b to zp\u016fsobilo pokles ceny nemovitost\u00ed v&nbsp;ekonomick\u00e9 krizi v&nbsp;roce 2009.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Takov\u00fd dopad na realitn\u00ed trh <strong>tentokr\u00e1t nevid\u00edme<\/strong>. Naopak za rok s&nbsp;Covidem <strong>vzrostly ceny byt\u016f v&nbsp;pr\u016fm\u011bru o&nbsp;17&nbsp;%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>V&nbsp;Praze je st\u00e1le draze<\/strong>, na tom se nic nezm\u011bnilo. Hluboko do kapsy si s\u00e1hnete tak\u00e9 v&nbsp;Brn\u011b, Beroun\u011b a&nbsp;Hradci Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9.
