Mo\u017en\u00e1 pr\u00e1v\u011b nad mou odpov\u011bd\u00ed krout\u00edte nev\u011b\u0159\u00edcn\u011b hlavou, proto\u017ee<strong> u&nbsp;jin\u00fdch \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed to p\u0159ece mo\u017en\u00e9 je<\/strong>. Ano, to je pravda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u011bdick\u00e9 \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed je v\u00fdjimkou a&nbsp;<strong>not\u00e1\u0159e v\u017edy vol\u00ed soud<\/strong>. D\u016fvodem je zachov\u00e1n\u00ed nestrannosti a&nbsp;skute\u010dnost, \u017ee \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed mus\u00ed prob\u011bhnout za v\u0161ech okolnost\u00ed, i&nbsp;kdyby zesnul\u00e1 osoba nezanechala \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd dluh \u010di majetek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Jakou odm\u011bnu not\u00e1\u0159i zaplat\u00edte?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Not\u00e1\u0159e sice vyb\u00edr\u00e1 n\u011bkdo jin\u00fd ne\u017e vy, ale <strong>placen\u00ed v&nbsp;ka\u017ed\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b zbude na v\u00e1s<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Odm\u011bnu si not\u00e1\u0159 zaslou\u017e\u00ed i&nbsp;ve chv\u00edli, kdy p\u0159edm\u011btem <strong>nen\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd, nebo jen nepatrn\u00fd<\/strong> majetek. <strong>Od 1.&nbsp;1.&nbsp;2021<\/strong> se not\u00e1\u0159i mohou t\u011b\u0161it minim\u00e1ln\u011b na honor\u00e1\u0159 <strong>1000&nbsp;K\u010d<\/strong> (d\u0159\u00edve 400&nbsp;K\u010d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud zesnul\u00fd n\u011bjak\u00fd majetek zanechal, odm\u011bna se vypo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 n\u00e1sledovn\u011b podle v\u00fd\u0161e hodnoty d\u011bdictv\u00ed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>z&nbsp;prvn\u00edch 500&nbsp;000&nbsp;K\u010d z\u00e1kladu<strong> 2&nbsp;%<\/strong> (minim\u00e1ln\u011b v\u0161ak 2000&nbsp;K\u010d)<\/li><li>z&nbsp;p\u0159eb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed \u010d\u00e1stky a\u017e do 1&nbsp;000&nbsp;000&nbsp;K\u010d z\u00e1kladu <strong>0,9&nbsp;%<\/strong><\/li><li>z&nbsp;p\u0159eb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed \u010d\u00e1stky a\u017e do 3&nbsp;000&nbsp;000&nbsp;K\u010d z\u00e1kladu <strong>0,5&nbsp;%<\/strong><\/li><li>z&nbsp;p\u0159eb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed \u010d\u00e1stky a\u017e do 20&nbsp;000&nbsp;000&nbsp;K\u010d z\u00e1kladu <strong>0,1&nbsp;%<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>(hodnota d\u011bdictv\u00ed nad 20 milion\u016f K\u010d u\u017e se do v\u00fdpo\u010dt\u016f nezahrnuje)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nakonec nezapome\u0148te na <strong>DPH 21&nbsp;%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>P\u0159\u00edklad<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>P\u0159edstavte si, \u017ee d\u011bd\u00edte byt v&nbsp;hodnot\u011b 1&nbsp;000&nbsp;000&nbsp;K\u010d. Podle v\u00fd\u0161e zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00fdch sazeb bude not\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fd poplatek \u010dinit 14&nbsp;500&nbsp;K\u010d + DPH 3045&nbsp;K\u010d. (Abyste si mohli b\u00fdt v\u00fdpo\u010dtem naprosto jist\u00ed, vyu\u017eijte jednu z&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/kalkulacka.org\/kalkulacka-poplatky-u-notare-v-dedickem-rizeni\/#kalkulacka\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">voln\u011b dostupn\u00fdch kalkula\u010dek<\/a>.)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dopo\u010d\u00edtali jste se? Jedinou radou, kterou pro v\u00e1s v&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b vyh\u00fdb\u00e1n\u00ed se placen\u00ed poplatk\u016f m\u00e1m, je vy\u0159e\u0161it rozd\u011blen\u00ed majetku je\u0161t\u011b za \u017eivota dan\u00e9 osoby pomoc\u00ed <strong>darovac\u00ed smlouvy<\/strong>. V&nbsp;jin\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b v\u00e1s mus\u00edm zklamat, poplatk\u016fm se nevyhnete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hlavu ale v\u011bsit nemus\u00edte<\/strong>. P\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u011b v\u00e1s \u010dek\u00e1 dal\u0161\u00ed \u010dl\u00e1nek, kter\u00fd v\u00e1m zodpov\u00ed jin\u00e9 \u010dast\u00e9 ot\u00e1zky t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se d\u011bdick\u00e9ho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed.
