Pak se ale sejde v\u00edce ne\u010dekan\u00fdch okolnost\u00ed najednou a&nbsp;vy nebudete v\u011bd\u011bt, co zaplatit d\u0159\u00edv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bohu\u017eel jsem byl i&nbsp;sv\u011bdkem toho, \u017ee se <strong>nov\u00ed majitel\u00e9 nemovitosti <\/strong>nep\u0159ipravili na zaplacen\u00ed <strong>dan\u011b z&nbsp;nemovitosti<\/strong>. Od data splatnosti se pak k&nbsp;dluhu za\u010dne p\u0159i\u010d\u00edtat<strong> \u00farok z&nbsp;prodlen\u00ed<\/strong>, kter\u00fd celou situaci je\u0161t\u011b zhor\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V dne\u0161n\u00edm \u010dl\u00e1nku si uk\u00e1\u017eeme mo\u017en\u00e9 cesty, <strong>jak z&nbsp;dluhu ven<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Zkuste obm\u011bk\u010dit spr\u00e1vce dan\u011b<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Poj\u010fme si na za\u010d\u00e1tek ujasnit, <strong>v\u00a0jak\u00e9 situaci se nach\u00e1z\u00edte<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Jste vlastn\u00edkem nemovitosti, m\u00e1te povinnost uhradit da\u0148 z&nbsp;nemovitosti a&nbsp;na zaplacen\u00ed nem\u00e1te.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jak\u00e9 jsou mo\u017enosti?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mo\u017en\u00fdm v\u00fdchodiskem je <strong>po\u017e\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong> p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9ho finan\u010dn\u00edho \u00fa\u0159adu <strong>o odlo\u017een\u00ed term\u00ednu <\/strong>nebo o&nbsp;napl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed spl\u00e1tkov\u00e9ho kalend\u00e1\u0159e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nikdo v\u00e1m ale bohu\u017eel nezajist\u00ed, \u017ee <strong>spr\u00e1vce dan\u011b<\/strong> vyjde va\u0161\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dosti vst\u0159\u00edc. Nezapome\u0148te uv\u00e9st, kdo \u017e\u00e1dost pod\u00e1v\u00e1, o&nbsp;co vlastn\u011b \u017e\u00e1d\u00e1te a&nbsp;<strong>pro\u010d <\/strong>by v\u00e1m m\u011blo b\u00fdt vyhov\u011bno.<strong> K\u00a0formul\u00e1\u0159i p\u0159ilo\u017ete v\u0161e<\/strong>, co by mohlo zv\u00fd\u0161it va\u0161e \u0161ance na \u00fasp\u011bch (rozhodnut\u00ed soudu, potvrzen\u00ed o&nbsp;vy\u017eivovac\u00ed povinnosti atd.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za pod\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dosti <strong>zaplat\u00edte 400&nbsp;K\u010d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Smutn\u00e1 pravda na z\u00e1v\u011br<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e1m nem\u00e1m pesimismus v&nbsp;oblib\u011b, ale chci k&nbsp;v\u00e1m b\u00fdt naprosto otev\u0159en\u00fd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pravidla jsou p\u0159\u00edsn\u00e1<\/strong> a&nbsp;\u00fa\u0159edn\u00edci neochotn\u00ed.
