Potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed z\u00e1jemci se \u010dasto u&nbsp;prod\u00e1van\u00e9 nemovitosti jen oto\u010d\u00ed na pat\u011b, proto\u017ee je odrad\u00ed <strong>u\u017e jej\u00ed vzhled<\/strong>. To je pochopiteln\u00e9, pokud ale takov\u00fdm z\u00e1jemc\u016fm p\u0159edstav\u00edte kompletn\u00ed posouzen\u00ed technick\u00e9ho stavu a&nbsp;uk\u00e1\u017eete jim, jak\u00e9 jsou mo\u017enosti a&nbsp;jak n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 opravy je mohou \u010dekat,<strong> jejich n\u00e1zor m\u016f\u017eete zm\u011bnit<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pojmenov\u00e1n\u00ed probl\u00e9mu<\/strong> \u010dasto pom\u016f\u017ee.
