Jin\u00fdmi slovy bude jednat ve sv\u016fj prosp\u011bch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jak by se m\u011bl <strong>realitn\u00ed makl\u00e9\u0159<\/strong>, podle m\u00e9ho n\u00e1zoru, chovat ke sv\u00fdm klient\u016fm v&nbsp;pr\u016fb\u011bhu prodeje?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Informovat je o&nbsp;<strong>v\u0161ech<\/strong> nab\u00eddk\u00e1ch, kter\u00e9 se objev\u00ed.<\/li><li>Poskytovat <strong>doporu\u010den\u00ed<\/strong> pro dal\u0161\u00ed kroky, nikoliv p\u0159\u00edkazy.<\/li><li>V\u017edy jednat <strong>ve prosp\u011bch<\/strong> t\u00e9 strany, kterou v\u00a0prodeji nemovitosti zastupuje.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Co tedy d\u011blat?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokuste se zachovat chladnou hlavu a&nbsp;<strong>nesko\u010dit po prvn\u00ed nab\u00eddce<\/strong>, kter\u00e1 v\u00e1m p\u0159ijde do cesty.
