A&nbsp;tak\u00e9 jedna z\u00a0t\u011bch z\u00e1ludn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch. Proto\u017ee, jak u\u017e se n\u00ed\u017ee dozv\u00edte, druh\u016f cen jedn\u00e9 nemovitost\u00ed existuje v\u00edce. A&nbsp;mohou se vz\u00e1jemn\u011b li\u0161it <strong>i o&nbsp;stovky tis\u00edc<\/strong>. Opakuji: u&nbsp;jedn\u00e9 a&nbsp;t\u00e9 stejn\u00e9 nemovitosti!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jak\u00e9 ceny tedy existuj\u00ed?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tr\u017en\u00ed cena<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>To je ta cena, za kterou va\u0161i nemovitost <strong>skute\u010dn\u011b prod\u00e1te<\/strong>.
