Takov\u00e1 transakce u\u017e si zaslou\u017e\u00ed bezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a&nbsp;sofistikovan\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zp\u016fsob, ne\u017e abyste pen\u00edze pos\u00edlali p\u0159\u00edkazem k&nbsp;\u00fahrad\u011b nebo p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161eli v&nbsp;kuf\u0159\u00edku. Proto se pen\u00edze p\u0159i p\u0159evodu vkl\u00e1daj\u00ed do tzv. \u00faschovy. V&nbsp;dne\u0161n\u00edm \u010dl\u00e1nku se pod\u00edv\u00e1me, kdy tyto pen\u00edze vyplatit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>P\u011bkn\u011b od za\u010d\u00e1tku: k&nbsp;\u010demu je \u00faschova dobr\u00e1?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v\u00e1s <strong>chr\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong>. Kupuj\u00edc\u00ed se ale zase naopak ob\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee pokud zaplat\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed z\u00e1pisem, bude podveden. Je to zamotan\u00fd kruh, kter\u00fd \u0159e\u0161\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b \u00faschova.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proto se pen\u00edze uschov\u00e1vaj\u00ed na kr\u00e1tkou dobu do p\u00e9\u010de <strong>t\u0159et\u00ed nez\u00e1visl\u00e9 strany<\/strong>. Celkem existuj\u00ed t\u0159i typy \u00faschovy: advok\u00e1tn\u00ed, not\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e1 a&nbsp;bankovn\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kdy pen\u00edze z\u00a0\u00faschovy vyplatit?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Po z\u00e1pisu<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To je nejpou\u017e\u00edvan\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zp\u016fsob v\u00fdplaty pen\u011bz z\u00a0\u00faschovy. Ty se prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edmu p\u0159evedou a\u017e ve chv\u00edli, kdy je <strong>zm\u011bna z\u00e1pisu vlastnick\u00e9ho pr\u00e1va<\/strong> v\u00a0katastru hotova.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Po p\u0159ed\u00e1n\u00ed nemovitosti<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u011bkter\u00fdm kupuj\u00edc\u00edm prvn\u00ed mo\u017enost nevyhovuje a&nbsp;p\u0159ej\u00ed si, aby ke skute\u010dn\u00e9mu p\u0159evodu pen\u011bz do\u0161lo po z\u00e1pisu a&nbsp;po ofici\u00e1ln\u00edm p\u0159ed\u00e1n\u00ed nemovitosti do rukou kupuj\u00edc\u00edho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tento postup je ale rizikov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed<\/strong>, proto\u017ee se m\u016f\u017ee st\u00e1t, \u017ee prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed provede zm\u011bnu v\u00a0katastru, ale k\u00a0p\u0159ed\u00e1n\u00ed nemovitosti u\u017e z\u00a0n\u011bjak\u00e9ho d\u016fvodu nedojde.
